ABOUT ME

I'm a health reporter in Greater Boston, with experience covering a range of topics including cancer, infectious disease and public health.

Most recently, I reported on the treatment and prevention of disease at the The Wall Street Journal. While there, I chronicled the Covid-19 pandemic, broke down the risks from alcohol and explored how cancer upends people's lives. My stories include breaking news, services pieces and deeply-reported features.

I also have bylines in Nature Medicine, Audubon and Spectrum.

I am a graduate of the Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program at New York University. Before that, I studied creative writing and chemistry at Providence College in Providence, R.I.
