ABOUT ME

I'm an independent health and science journalist, with extensive experience covering cancer, infectious disease, autism and more. I've chronicled the Covid-19 pandemic, broken down the health risks from alcohol and explored how cancer upends people's lives.

My work has appeared in outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Medscape and Nature Medicine. I spent six years on staff at WSJ, hitting fast deadlines and undertaking months-long reporting projects.

My background is in chemistry and writing, and I have a master's degree from NYU's Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program. I live in the Greater Boston area with my fiancé and our dog, Walter.

I am currently open to new opportunities. Reach out at [email protected]
