ABOUT ME

I'm an independent health and science journalist, with extensive experience covering cancer, infectious disease, autism and more. I've chronicled the Covid-19 pandemic, broken down the health risks from alcohol and explored how cancer upends people's lives.

My stories include breaking news, services pieces and front-page features in The Wall Street Journal, Nature Medicine, Spectrum and others. I spent six years as a beat reporter at The Journal, hitting fast deadlines and undertaking months-long reporting projects.

My background is in chemistry and writing, and I have a master's degree from NYU's Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program. I live in the Greater Boston area with my fiancé and our dog, Walter.

I am currently open to new opportunities. Reach out at [email protected]
